The learner can:
State 3 different ways food can be stored
State where in a shop you can find the following; ice cream, fresh milk, hot cooked chicken.
Briefly describe why each of these foods are stored in the way that they are
Demonstrate where to store the following foods safely on at least one occasion; cheese, oven chips, bread
Discuss with an appropriate person 2 problems that may arise from storing these foods incorrectly
