Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Select the correct cleaner and cleaning cloths
- Use the correct products and materials to clean the work surfaces properly
- Check that the work surface is clean
- Safely fill the sink with hot water and add detergent
- Put on rubber gloves and locate washing cloth
- Clean and dry 4 items to include a cooking pan or dish, a piece of crockery, cutlery and a piece of glassware properly
