What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- identify the most appropriate organisation to provide help and advice for five given problems e.g. your landlord has doubled your rent; you are travelling abroad and need some injections; your neighbour has noisy parties every Friday; your motorbike has been stolen; you would like to volunteer
- Use two different sources of information, e.g. telephone directory, website, community notices, to find out contact information for five community organisations
- Present contact information for community organisations clearly and accurately e.g. telephone number, full address and website (if applicable)
