- Be able to identify an appropriate source of help from a community organisation for a given problem
- Be able to find contact information for own sources of community help.

Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Use one or more sources of information to find a community organisation that can help with three given problems e.g. the need for emergency contraception, loss of a purse or wallet, loss of job, the bins have not been collected.
- Use a website or telephone directory to find two sets of contact details (telephone number, email address or postal address) for own doctor and dentist and two other community organisations relevant to the individual e.g. Youth Club, library, Guides/Scouts, social worker, community or further education.
- Use contact information to make a personal community directory.
