What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Discuss with others 3 reasons that people might need help
- Suggest the names of or describe 3 sources of help in the community
- State how each source of help they name is paid for
- Use sources of information to find out about: a community organisation related to health, a community organisation related to the law and a community organisation related to college, training or employment
- Ask questions of a person who works in one of the community organisations to find out more about what they do and record their answers
