Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Take an order for three different drinks including one hot drink.
    • Show that the order for drinks has been understood by checking with the customer.
    • Select a suitable container for each drink.
    • Follow instructions to make each drink safely.
    • Take the correct 3 drinks to the correct customer.
    • Place each drink safely in front of the customer.
    • Indicate that the customers' order has been met.
    • Ask if the customer requires anything else.
