Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Show that the order has been understood by checking it with the customer.
- Select the correct snack e.g. fruit scone, sandwich, cake, crisps from the counter.
- Prepare a napkin and knife, butter etc. if required
- Place the snack item on a plate.
- Select a suitable container and make the drink as ordered e.g. white tea, orange squash.
- Take the drink and snack ordered to the correct customer.
- Place the order carefully on the table.
- Ask if the customer requires anything else.
