The learner will:

  1. Be able to identify and record own qualities or skills requiring improvement

  2. Be able to agree targets for improvement

Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Identify and make a record of at least 2 qualities or skills to be improved.
    • Agree at least 2 targets to improve own personal qualities/behaviour or skills.
    • Agree a time scale within which to achieve own targets.
    • State how this information will be recorded.
