Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- State what action a driver must take, if asked to stop
- Identify the result of failing to stop and what could happen as a consequence
- List the three documents which a driver could be asked to produce, if stopped
- State how many days a driver has in which to take the documents to a police station should they not be carrying the documents with them
- State what could happen as a result of failing to produce the requested documents in the required time
