The learner can:
- State 2 facts regarding the history of the event
- State 1 purpose of the event, e.g. sport, charity fundraising, commemoration
- Identify 1 group or individual that benefits nationally or locally from the event
- Demonstrate acceptable behaviour at the event.
- Engage with the event in a positive way, e.g. clapping, cheering, taking part
- Ask 3 questions to clarify understanding of the event
