The learner will:
Be able to tolerate having own hair washed
Be able to tolerate having own hair dried
Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Tolerate the hair being wetted with water
- Tolerate hair products being applied to the hair e.g. Shampoo / Conditioner
- Tolerate hair products being washed out of the hair
- Tolerate the hair being prepared for drying e.g. rough dried with a towel
- Tolerate the hair being prepared for drying using a brush / comb / fingers
- Tolerate the hair being dried using a hair dryer if appropriate.
- Tolerate the hair being styled after drying using a brush / comb / fingers
