- Identify and describe the meaning of ALL the different care symbols.
- Identify appropriate clothing that can be washed together.
- Identify the correct setting on the washing machine for selected load.
- Explain how to hand wash an item and describe at least two potential consequences of washing them using a washing machine.
- Identify different ways of drying your clothes.
- Research the cost of using a tumble dryer and compare this to other drying methods.
- Describe 2 advantages and 2 disadvantages of each drying method.
- Demonstrate the selection of the appropriate drying methods for at least 2 selected loads and describe why you have chosen these.
