Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Suggest 2 things to consider when planning a visit in the community (e.g. length of time out, weather, travel, who you are going with, who you need to tell).
- Collect all relevant items needed for a visit in the community (e.g. personal belongings, medication, money).
- Actively explore and investigate at least three places within the community (e.g. visit and make use of local shops, leisure facilities, cafes).
