What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Label (using words or symbols) at least three images of local health facilities e.g. doctors surgery, hospital, opticians, pharmacy
- Match at least three descriptions to the job roles of people who help them to keep healthy
- Use a phone number list to find the number of a local health provider e.g. optician, dentist, doctor
- Dial the number and take turns in a phone conversation about making an appointment
