The learner will:

The learner can:
- Count up to 12 objects and place in a container when requested e.g. seed packets, plastic bottles, plant pots
- Answer simple addition and subtraction word problems linked to nature e.g. if the shop has 5 seed packets and they sell 2, how many are left
- Sequence the days of the week and record the weather daily
- Identify the seasons and describe their characteristics
- Identify 4 different shapes in the environment and give simple properties
- Describe the location of an object outside using directional vocabulary
