Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Recognise days of the week and work with support to put them in order
    • Recognise and compare the sequence in a usual day with a day on holiday
    • Count up to 10 objects and place them in a case or bag when preparing for a trip
    • Respond to a prompt to 'add' or 'take away' an item and recount to check what has been packed
    • Handle coins in shopping activities linked to trips, travel and holidays e.g.buying a ticket, buying gifts, buying snacks, buying clothes for a trip
