What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Describe the main causes of pollution
- Describe what recycling means
- List what household items can be recycled
- Research how habitats and animals are affected by litter that is caused by not recycling and display their findings
- List the impact that not recycling has on the environment
- List the benefits of recycling
- Create a collage of what the world will look like if we do not conserve the environment vs a world that is sustainable and uses recycling methods
