What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Carry out research on spring bulbs including how to care for bulbs
- Choose two different spring bulbs they would like to plant
- State two facts about each spring bulb
- Check bulbs for any damage
- Read and record information about a bulb prior to planting eg. the type of soil recommended
- Check they have an appropriate basket or pot to plant bulbs in
