Learning outcomes
What the learner needs to know, understand or be able to do
The learner will:
Participate in activities that promote wellbeing and resilience.
Be able to keep a record of activities they have participated in.
Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Engage in mindfulness meditation sessions for a minimum of four weeks
- Participate in a programme of gentle exercise for a minimum of four weeks
- Take part in gratitude and kindness activities to promote wellbeing
- Record their participation in activities by keeping a journal using photographs and other information
- State which activities they have enjoyed
