Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- State who the toy is intended for eg. a person, a pet, if a person state the age and why they were chosen
- Identify at least five different fabrics
- Describe the texture of each fabric
- Identify whether the fabrics are suitable for the intended purpose and give reasons
- Design a toy using at least two different types of fabrics
- Make a labelled drawing of a toy, including details such as the types of fabric and measurements
