Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Demonstrate they can follow simple instructions to complete a given task (this may be in the form best suited to meet the learners individual needs)
    • Locate area to be cleaned eg hutch, stable, shed
    • Select appropriate equipment for cleaning activity  
    • Clean area 
    • Transport waste to appropriate area
    • Select and add appropriate clean bedding
    • Wash tools
    • Tidy tools to correct area
