    • Recognise a range of different food types eg butter, apple, pasta, carrots
    • Recognise and identify three different fruits
    • Recognise and identify three different vegetables
    • Discuss and explore how healthy eating benefits the body
    • Identify at least one health problem from a lack of healthy eating
