The learner can:
- Make a plan of what they would like to grow in their section of the allotment
- Plant up their area using a selection of seeds, tubers and propagated plants
- Raise flowers from seed to put in their garden planter
- Select an appropriate container to use as a garden planter
- Plant up the garden planter with the flowers they have raised
