What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Follow adult instruction to wash hands thoroughly, showing familiarity with thorough hand washing routine ie water on, wet hands, apply soap, rub hands, rinse, water off, dry and (if applicable) use bin
    • Respond and engage with choosing ingredients eg collecting requested items from a shelf, making a choice from several items, following adult instruction
