Be able to complete a personal fitness programme on a regular basis.

The learner can:
- Carry out research into different types of fitness programmes
- Write a personal fitness programme with guidance from a health professional
- Complete a personal fitness programme over a minimum of 10 sessions
- Keep a record of progress monitoring relevant measurable information
