What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Read leaflets or websites to find two pieces of information about leisure activities in the local community eg venue, time, price
- Read leaflets or websites to find two pieces of information about a transport provider in the local community
- Use the Internet to find contact details, address and telephone number, for a leisure facility and a transport provider
- Make a written record eg diary entry, email to a friend, about a leisure activity they have participated in
- Use capital letters and full stops in their writing
- Express their opinion about a local leisure facility and explain why they feel this way
