What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Match items bought in a shop with their corresponding two dimensional representations eg photograph, symbol
- Match symbols and pictures to represent different items found in different shops
- Put items away following a shopping delivery using picture labels to help eg milk in fridge
- Create a shopping list with support; using symbols, pictures and pieces of packaging
- Make a mark on a chart to indicate what they would like to buy when shopping
- Create a presentation of their preferred shop with appropriate support
