What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Take part in a class discussion about different job roles, using symbols, photographs and verbal language
- Use specific websites and software to explore three different job roles in the local community
- Match a specific skill to a corresponding job role for three different jobs
- Use pictorial representation and small group discussion to identify their own skills and interests
- Identify which jobs would be suitable for someone with those skills and interests, with appropriate support
