The learner can:
- Identify suitable plastic items to be recycled
- Take an active part in preparing the plastic to be recycled eg emptying or washing items with appropriate support
- Squash, clean and empty plastic items with appropriate support
- Place squashed plastic items in appropriate recycling box or area
