What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Explain what is meant by PPE
- State at least two reasons why PPE must be worn if required
- Give at least three examples of what could happen if the required PPE is not worn when carrying out workplace tasks
- State at least three different workplace tasks they have been asked to complete
- State what items of PPE they will need to complete each task
- State as many different items of PPE that they can and what each item is used for
