What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify four different types of written workplace documents with word list supports eg letter, memo, email, list
- Sort examples of workplace documents into four different categories with verbal support:
- letter
- memo
- list
- Identify the features of at least two different written workplace documents from a word list with verbal support eg address and a date in a letter and email address and sender in an email
