The learner will:
Be able to plan a letter for a given workplace scenario.
Be able to construct a workplace letter following a plan and using a template.

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify an address and date from a given written scenario with symbol supports
- Identify who is to send and who is to receive a letter from a given written scenario with symbol supports
- Identify that they need to start a workplace letter using 'Dear' and end it using 'Yours sincerely' communicating selections through symbol choices
- Identify the context and key information needed in the main body of a workplace letter through responding to verbal questioning through symbol choices
- Identify the correct information from a symbol-based plan to add a sender and recipient address to a letter template
- Identify the correct information from a symbol-based plan to add a date to a letter template
- Identify the correct information from a symbol-based plan to add sender and recipients names to a letter template
- Correctly start a letter using 'Dear' and add a final greeting using a letter plan and template
