- Make a cold drink and snack with support eg juice, sandwich
- Put away items they have used in a familiar kitchen with verbal prompts
- Identify what is hot and cold from a limited choice in a familiar kitchen
- Use an appliance that gets hot with appropriate support eg toaster
- Make a simple hot snack with appropriate support eg toast
