What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify consequences of a dirty kitchen
- Identify part of a kitchen that may need cleaning more often
- Identify equipment and products that can be used to clean a kitchen; eg rubber gloves, cloth, scrubbing brush, mop; spray; floor cleaner; oven cleaner
- State how to use at least two different products; eg floor cleaner to be mixed with water; anti-bacterial spray; oven cleaner needs to be left for a period of time
