What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Work as a group to identify a range of dangers associated with roads
- Work as a group to design a local area map
- Identify at least two potential road safety dangers on the local area map
- Add at least two pedestrian crossings to the local area map
- Discuss ways in which a route could be made safer or green cross code practices could be applied.
