What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Demonstrate two ways of handling an electrical object safely
- Identify two things they should not do near a plug socket or electrical object
- Identify where the plug sockets are in their classroom
- Identify an object which uses batteries to run and demonstrate how to switch it on
- Identify an object which uses mains power to run and demonstrate how to switch it on
