Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

Use a search engine to find lists of dog friendly foods
Explain why the sources they have used to verify the safety of foods are reliable

Create a batch of training treats, measuring and recording quantities of each ingredient as they go
Discuss with an appropriate person how the tester batch has turned out and any changes required
Make as many batches as required until a treat has been created which the learner is happy with
Demonstrate at cookery skills by making the dog treats
