The learner can:

    • Demonstrate following the health and safety rules of the work place
    • Show knowledge of the basic health and safety rules of catering in the workplace
    • Communicate appropriately with their line manager in the workplace communicate
    • Communicate with colleagues or support workers in the work place
    • Demonstrate being able to ask or answer at least two catering related questions in the kitchen environment
