What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Demonstrate following the health and safety rules of the work place
- Show knowledge of the basic health and safety rules of catering in the workplace
- Communicate appropriately with their line manager in the workplace communicate
- Communicate with colleagues or support workers in the work place
- Demonstrate being able to ask or answer at least two catering related questions in the kitchen environment
