The learner can:

    • Draw the circuit symbols of common electrical components of simple circuits, (e.g. a wire, bulb, power supply, motor, buzzer, switch)
    • Match an electrical component with its appropriate circuit symbol
    • Recognise if two circuit components are connected in series or parallel when asked
