- Follow a simple instruction to get ready for preparing a snack, e.g. washing hands, putting on an apron
- Follow a simple instruction to prepare a work area for making a snack, e.g. wiping food preparation area, clearing surfaces
- Identify at least three possible kitchen dangers, with support
- Identify what to do if there is an accident, e.g. cuts, burns, spills, breakages, fire, with support
