The learner can:
- Identify (with support) where the self-service checkout is in a supermarket on at least two different occasions
- Demonstrate how to scan shopping when using a self-service checkout on at least two different occasions
- Demonstrate how to pay for shopping when using a self-service checkout on at least two different occasions
- Identify what to do when things go wrong with a self-service checkout
