The learner can:
- Identify at least two facts or statements from part of a simplified text
- Identify at least two facts or relevant information from an identified page on the Internet
- Write sentences, using a writing frame, information identified about the country
- Participate in a classroom based practical cultural activity or event linked to country studied
- Show understanding about event by answering questions using short sentences
