The learner will:

The learner can:
- On five occasions take part in a guided mindful activity
- Take part in at least three different mindful activities including: breathing, grounding and listening to music
- Make a record of the name of the technique and how it is performed
- Research ideas for pages in the scrapbook by using the Internet, looking in magazines or a camera
- Create a mood board or plan for the cover and two pages in the scrapbook
- Follow the rules of making a scrapbook, e.g. background, picture, label,
- Identify the art techniques they will use on each page
