Assessment criteria

What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome

The learner can:

    • Copy at least three different stretches with support
    • Copy at least three different heart raising exercises with support
    • Engage in a relaxation cool down activity for up to one minute
    • Travel along a beam or bench with appropriate support
    • Hold at least two different standing balances for three seconds with appropriate support
    • Hold at least two different balances using a peanut or exercise ball for three seconds with appropriate support
