- State why it is important to warm up their body for exercise
- State why it is important to cool down their body for exercise
- Identify three different stretches
- Identify three different exercises to raise their heart rate
- Identify changes in their body after warming up
- Identify changes to their body after cooling down
- Hold three different static stretches for at least ten seconds
- Take part in three different dynamic stretches for at least ten seconds
