Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Take part in at least two agility activities (e.g., side shuffle, high knees)
- Take part in at least two balancing activities (e.g., leg raises, hops)
- Take part in at least two different coordination activities (e.g., throw a target, catching a ball)
- Take part in at least two stamina exercises (e.g., squats, lunges)
- Select six different exercises previously tried for the circuit
- Select the appropriate equipment for each exercise
- Set up the circuit in a given space
- Identify how to transition around a circuit
