Be able to plan and prepare to go for a walk.
Be able to demonstrate keeping safe when out walking.

- Identify appropriate clothing required to go for a walk outdoors
- Identify equipment needed for the walk, eg suitable clothing, walking boots
- Identify an appropriate route or place to walk
- Demonstrate walking safely and responsibly in the local community
