What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Identify suitable items for sale
- Prepare or source items to sell
- Price items for sale to ensure a profit
- Work out their profit margin
- Direct assistants on how they would like the stall to be set up
- Manage the sales at their stall
- Demonstrate ability to help run the stall on at least three occasions
