The learner will:
Demonstrate that they can ride a horse or pony while holding the reins.
Assessment criteria
What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome
The learner can:
- Show that they are able to understand the principle of controlling a horse by holding the reins,(if they have the physical ability) or by making a plausible attempting to hold the reins
- Demonstrate the skill reliably on at least two occasions
