- Demonstrate an understanding of different food groups and identify at least two foods within each group
- Demonstrate an ability to plan a healthy snack/ meal on at least two occasions
- Demonstrate an ability to identify the ingredients required to make a healthy snack/ meal on at least two occasions
- Demonstrate an ability to make a healthy snack/ meal on at least two occasions
- Demonstrate an understanding of what positive and negative mental health looks like
- Demonstrate an understanding of different feelings they experience
- Demonstrate an understanding of activities they can undertake to help manage own mental health
- Demonstrate an ability to take part in a positive mental health activity for at least three weeks
